Post Production Blog: Software use and edits

 One of the things that I feel most accomplished with regarding  my project is my new knowledge regarding the software and the edits I have made over the last week.   I have been experimenting with the tools in Premiere Pro and I feel confident using several of the tools that  I swore I would never be able to use just six months ago. The first edit that I made to my film was editing the length of the blurriness for the opening title. Making the title blurry was very difficult for me in the  first draft, therefore I accepted any flaws and moved on. However, I since revisited the opacity tool and learned how to use it correctly. I perfected the timing of the blur  in the  opening title.  The next step that  I  took was changing the opacity of the "Directors Name" credit, allowing it to fade in rather than just appear as a way to increase the professionalism of the project.
